the tonitrus camp lies within a huge bramble thicket, much larger than what you can imagine. the camp is actually made up of several brambles, enclosing the cats in a big bramble thicket. they enter and exit through the same space, a narrow tunnel of brambles. they call it the bramble tunnel. the tunnel has sides made of brambles, but the roof and floor is earth. when the cats walk out, they actually enter a huge maple tree. the hollow has been long used as an entrance to the tonitrus camp.
